Google’s HEART framework is a tool (or set of metric) that helps you define the success of your design. They have compiled different objectives for design work in 5 main buckets. So any other measures largely fall in any of the five HEART metric.

In industry ROI or revenue is also now being assigned as metric for measuring design success. However, I believe that revenue will be function of all the 5 metric than a standalone one.
